Dear Reader,
“Now every breath of air I breathe reminds me of then”
Does anyone else think that “You All Over Me” is such an underrated song?! If it’s been awhile since you listened to the Fearless (Taylor’s Version) vault tracks, June is the perfect time to give this song in particular a listen. And yes, it is on my June Swiftie Playlist. But we’ll get to that in a minute…
This month is absolutely packed full of Swiftie fun, as we get into summertime. We have Eras Tour shows in 6 cities - seriously, Taylor Swift, when are you sleeping?! The 100th Eras Tour show in the horizon (hitting on the 13th on the month 🤔). We’ve got a Gracie x Taylor collab to look forward to, and more. It’s gonna be a good month. So enjoy this June edition of Dear Reader, and Happy June!

Swiftie June Dates
Taylor Swift’s “A LOT GOING ON AT THE MOMENT” T-shirt was made for months like this. There’s so much happening in June! Here are some main events to look out for on our June Swiftie Calendar:
🫶 Eras Tour shows in 6 cities!
👀 The 100th Eras Tour show landing on the 13th of the month cannot be accidental, and it’s also Taylor’s half-birthday! Definitely a show and a date to watch.
🌊 The Summer I Turned Pretty is hosting a couple of virtual watch parties with the cast, including new behind-the-scenes commentary on Episodes 4 and 5 from Season 2 of the show. This isn’t strictly Taylor Swift related, but the show used a lot of her songs and I know many Swifties are fans of the show - so I thought I’d include them on the June calendar. Will you be watching?
💿 Gracie Abrams’ new album “The Secret Of Us” is dropping on June 21st, including a track featuring Taylor called “us.” Gracie was (and will be again!) an opener for the Eras Tour!
What are you most excited about happening this month? Do you think anything could happen on June 13th for the 100th Eras Tour show in Liverpool? Or do you think anything crazy could go down in London?? Let me know any of your thoughts (and clowning) in the comments!
June Swiftie Playlist
The theme of my June Swiftie Playlist is transitioning from spring to summer. Of course it starts off with “You All Over Me” - Taylor’s only track with a June reference. Then we’re skipping into summer with fun tracks like “I Think He Knows”, and attending weddings (“But Daddy I Love Him” and “Love Story”), dressed to the nines (“Starlight”).
“the last great american dynasty” then takes us on a train ride to the coast and Holiday House. We’ll spend a night beneath the stars, listening to the crickets sing (“I’m Only Me When I’m With You”), before heading to the beach. There we get all the ocean vibes, starting with “Now That We Don’t Talk” (you part the crowd like the Red Sea), and the “The Albatross” flies us into “Cruel Summer”. “Long Live” is reminiscent of Taylor’s final show of the US Fearless Tour at Gillette Stadium in June 2010. “This Love” brings us back to those ocean waves, and we end the playlist with “peace” (your cascade ocean wave blues come). If you listen to the playlist on a loop, you might also find how well “peace” sonically flows right back into “You All Over Me” 🥹
Hopefully that whistle-stop tour of my June Playlist wasn’t too overwhelming! I just wanted to share a bit of my thought-process behind how I put this playlist together.
I love these transition playlists, because I feel like Taylor’s music is so good at bringing us from one season into the next. I hope listening to this one gives you the best transition from spring into summer.
You can listen to my June Swiftie Playlist on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube. If you prefer a clean version of the playlist, here it is on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music.

Monthly Mashup Roundup
I thought I’d start sharing roundups of my previous month’s mashups - in a monthly mashup roundup! It’s a bit of a mouthful 😋 But I hope could be a fun way to revisit mashups you loved, or listen to any you might have missed! Here’s all the mashups I shared in May:
The Tortured Poets Department Mashup - celebrating 1 month of TTPD
Come Back…Be Here x The Way I Loved You x The Other Side Of The Door
Let me know if you have requests for future mashups!
Featured Recipe: “You All Over Me” June Smoothie Bowl

As we get into the summer season, smoothie bowls are back on my menu. To celebrate June, here’s my “You All Over Me” June smoothie bowl! I’ll share a video of it over on my Instagram feed as well, so look out for that this week.
Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite meals because they’re so easy to whip up, and super refreshing when temperatures are soaring. All I do is throw a bunch of ingredients into a blender, and add whatever toppings I fancy.
This June smoothie bowl has: frozen mango, frozen papaya, frozen banana, turmeric powder and protein powder; blended in a vitamix; and topped with almond butter granola, strawberry flowers, banana stars and cantaloupe June letters.

Something feels interesting to me (my clown sense is clowning) about the 100th show or the London shows, maybe the June or maybe the August. I am also thinking about how we haven’t seen the green surprise song dress that I think exists. And both of these things make me wonder if there will be a Debut TV announcement coming soon… but the way new variants of TTPD are still popping up make me wonder if it will be the August London shows.
I love seeing your thought process behind the monthly playlists! You wrote your own story through her songs, I can’t wait to listen to it! 💕
